The Third Peptide: GHK-Cu
GHK-Cu (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine bound to copper) was first isolated from human plasma in 1973. A 1988 study established that at very low, nontoxic concentrations, it stimulates both synthesis and breakdown of collagen and glycosaminoglycans in fibroblast cultures — the foundational finding behind most of the skin- and tissue-remodeling research that followed.
What the Literature Shows
A 2018 review by Pickart and Margolina in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences surveys the gene-expression data: GHK-Cu applied to skin over 12 weeks improved collagen production in a majority of subjects tested, outperforming both a vitamin C cream and a retinoic acid comparator in the same study, and increased expression of matrix metalloproteinase genes involved in tissue remodeling.
Why Add It to Wolverine
BPC-157 and TB-500 are studied for tissue survival, fibroblast activity, and cell migration at an injury site — the mechanics of repair. GHK-Cu's literature sits one layer up: the quality and composition of the collagen matrix being rebuilt, plus broader gene-expression effects that extend into skin and follicular research. Combining the three is a bet that repair signaling and matrix-remodeling signaling are complementary layers, not that either compound changes how the other works.
What's not established: as with Wolverine, no study tests the three-peptide combination directly. Each compound's evidence comes from studies where it was administered alone or, for GHK-Cu, most often applied topically rather than injected alongside BPC-157/TB-500.

Is GLOW just Wolverine with an extra ingredient, or a different formulation?
It's the same BPC-157/TB-500 pairing found in Wolverine, with GHK-Cu added in the same vial — not a reformulation of the first two. Vendors typically keep the BPC-157/TB-500 ratio consistent with their standalone Wolverine product and add GHK-Cu on top.
